Payment Terms

For subscription-based programs, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting our office.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. IV therapy appointments require a deposit which may be forfeited for late cancellations.

Limitation of Liability
